The Avaloq Community Conference 2018 took place on 13 June at Samsung Hall Zurich. Visitors to the conference had ample opportunity to make and maintain contacts. It quickly became clear in the discussions: the journey continues, many projects are being implemented and many more will come. Avaloq One, Avaloq Front, the comprehensive mobile enablement and thus the consolidation of the entire Avaloq ecosystem.

Networking within the Avaloq community is extremely lively and valuable. In addition to promising projects, this is also reflected in the fact that Avaloq’s management was on site throughout the event and got mixed with the people. This humanity and closeness is greatly appreciated by the numerous customers and partners.

The program was varied and actually created interesting insights on stage. Avaloq presented its vision, which is based on making its products and services even more intuitive and user-friendly. Another important focus is the cooperation with reliable partners, this appreciation was palpable.

The most important thing is to have inspiring chats in a relaxed atmosphere.

Many visitors also explicitly praised the external speakers. For example, they talked about Generation Y – and not from outside, but the speaker himself belongs to this generation. Or the topic of humanity and feelings. The main message is: digitization is good, but we must not forget that we are human beings and we live in this world that we create or destroy ourselves. Technology can help us move forward, but in the middle is the human being.

Of course, the topic of technology and especially its speed is not neglected. The need for more flexibility in customer communication has risen sharply. Changes to customer-centric documents have to be completed within no time and in compliance with growing requirements. Twenty banks using the Avaloq Banking Suite successfully use Assentis CCM modules to meet these requirements. There is also great interest in solutions for the simple creation of personalized presentations and proposals, or modern reporting solutions that bridge the gap between digital and paper.

Last but not least, the Samsung Hall is a really cool location. The entire event was organized very professionally by Avaloq. And they organized everything themselves, bravo!
